Measured samples/period: the time window (e.g., last 3/6/12 months) and number of samples used. CTQ definition: exact parameter names, nominal values, and tolerance limits used for the calculation. SPC charts: trend/control charts (e.g., Xbar-R, I-MR) showing stability for each CTQ. CPK results: calculated process capability index values (Cpk / Ppk as applicable) and whether capability meets your target (e.g., Cpk ≥ 1.33 or your internal/customer requirement). PPAP/quality package (if applicable): additional supporting records such as gauge calibration status, tool condition, and test method references. For pull-out strength and resistance, we typically include:
