Can you provide SPC/CPK data (critical CTQs: crimp dimensions, pull-out force, resistance, etc.)?

Yes, we can provide SPC/CPK capability data for the key CTQs, including crimp dimensions (e.g., crimp height/width or indent depth), pull-out strength (withdrawal force), and electrical/contact resistance (if it is a monitored CTQ in our process).

What we can share

SPC charts (control charts such as Xbar-R / I-MR, depending on the data type) CPK results for each CTQ using the defined customer/spec tolerance limits Supporting information to ensure the data is valid, such as: CTQ definition and measurement method sample size and sampling frequency time window (e.g., last 3/6/12 months) and number of lots gauge/measurement system status (e.g., MSA results if required) tooling condition and verification approach for crimp tooling/material To prepare the correct SPC/CPK package, please confirm:

Terminal part number and production wire range (AWG/mm²) used for the capability study Which CTQs you need included (e.g., crimp height, insulation crimp coverage, pull-out force, resistance) Your required acceptance level/target (e.g., Cpk ≥ 1.33 or your internal/customer threshold) The required report format (SPC charts only, or charts + CPK summary table) and whether you need per-lot or aggregated capability Note: SPC/CPK for pull-out strength and resistance depends on our test equipment and whether these are currently collected as control measurements. If your CTQs are new or not currently tracked in our system, we can start a capability run, but we may need an initial validation period.

If you provide the part number and CTQ list, we will respond with the SPC/CPK data in the format you request.
