Copper cable lug

A copper cable lug is used to securely connect the end of a power cable to an electrical terminal or distribution equipment. Made from high-quality copper, it offers excellent conductivity, helping to reduce contact resistance and improve long-term connection reliability. After crimping, the lug provides a firm mechanical grip to prevent loosening and ensures stable performance against oxidation. Its well-designed structure supports safe and efficient installation, making it suitable for various wiring applications such as power distribution, grounding, industrial control systems, and solar PV projects. During installation, simply strip the insulation of the cable, insert the conductor into the lug, and crimp it properly to complete the connection to bolts or busbars. With easy operation and dependable electrical performance, copper cable lugs are widely used in electrical construction and maintenance.
