- Wire Preparation
Strip the wire insulation in accordance with the specifications (Stripping length: Refer to the specifications for specific requirements, as lengths may vary depending on the wire gauge).
It is recommended to ensure that the wire ends are free of burrs and broken strands (For stranded wires, use appropriate wire ferrules as required, or process as bare wire if permitted). - Wire Insertion
Insert the stripped wire directly into the terminal entry port.
Once the wire is fully inserted, the internal spring clamp will automatically secure the conductor, establishing an electrical connection (No soldering or additional tightening is required). - Verify Connection Reliability
Gently pull on the wire to confirm that it is securely seated and cannot be easily dislodged (A gentle pull test may be performed).
